Energy Systems Group is searching for a Construction Supervisor/Project Manager to join our Federal Engineering team, located in Washington DC.
As a Construction Supervisor/Project Manager you will coordinate all aspects of project execution of the scope of work, ensuring a smooth transition from the design phase to the installation and on-going service and support phase of the completed project. You will be the primary point of contact on site, and will be responsible for day to day operations in the field.
To be successful in this role you:
- Can develop and manage construction schedules
- Understand the risks of keeping a project on time and on budget
- Engage your audience at appropriate technical levels
- Understand the dynamics working within a high performance team
- Can travel on-site to the Pentagon
Your background includes:
- Previous experience working as a construction supervisor
- Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets (Excel, Word)
- Manage budgets
- Ability to pass a basic background check
