  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 2 years of experiencein an industrial maintenance environmentworking with electrical and mechanical system
    • 1 year of experience with PLC based applications in an industrial environment
    • 1 year of plumbing, pipefitting, pump repair and rebuilding experience
    • No immigration sponsorship provided

    Position Details:

    • Location: Naperville, IL
    • Work hours: 4:00PM - 12:30AM (must have flexibility to work other shifts as needed)
    • Work weeks available: Tuesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Thursday
    • Rate of Pay: $36./hr to start (each new employee must complete a 2-year program that includes up to a 3% increase in pay in 6-month increments pending successful completion)
    • Facility Amenities: On-site fitness center (free to employees), On-site daycare facility (competitive rates)

    Physical Demands:

    • Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
    • Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check and physical exam

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Formal vocational training in plant maintenance activities with emphasis on industrial applications or equivalent job experience in boiler operation and maintenance, electricity, power distribution, industrial electrical wiring, mechanics, machine operations, general plumbing, heating ventilation and air conditioning.
    • Able to work in difficult situations such as confined spaces, heat and in high places
    • Experience with pumps, welding, bearings, electrical safety, forklifts, gears, hydraulics, valves and rigging
    • Experience in a TPM or Lean SixSigmaenvironment
    • Refrigeration Certification
    • Welding experience
    • Snow Removal Experience
    • Stationary Engineers License
