Your responsibilities
  • Manage and direct a production shift team in our Multi-Pak department
  • Ensures production standards are met around such key areas as customer service, quality, safety, and GMP compliance
  • Coordinates daily production activities and resources to ensure operational metrics are achieved
  • Comprehends the regulatory environment and policies for the shift team and ensure production systems, documentation, and processes are in compliance at all times
  • Develops personal knowledge of equipment and manufacturing systems to provide a highly competent recourse for the team
  • Builds technical competencies within the production team by sharing knowledge, coaching, and providing for ongoing training
  • Ability to communicate issues, goals, and objectives effectively and manage competing requests in a complex and challenging environment
  • Ensure team implements and utilizes solutions and technologies in support of improved safety, quality, continuous improvement, and optimization of metrics
The experience we're looking for
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership experience
  • Bachelors degreein a business or technical field, preferred
  • Experience working in a FDA regulated environment, preferred
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing food products, preferred
  • Proven communication skills that will allow interaction at all levels of the manufacturing organization
  • Experience leading a production team in a complex and changing environment to deliver results
  • Experience in a processing and packaging industry, preferably in liquids, powder, or food based environment
  • Experience using continuous improvement and problem solving tools to drive significant business results in key metrics

Salary Range

USD $65,000.00 -$97,000.00

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
