About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create a roadmap that will guide clients through the process while you teach them our products and coach them through setup and integration.

What you will be doing:
* Lead the implementation design and scoping of trading platforms, ensuring a smooth transition from clients' old systems to the FIS system
* Oversee the entire project lifecycle for multiple projects simultaneously, including ramp-up, design, development, testing, and delivery

* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all designs and documentation are prepared and approved by clients
* Play a significant role in the testing phase, crafting test plans, scheduling testing activities, and collaborating closely with clients on testing outcomes
* Conduct regular meetings and status calls to monitor project progress and scope, addressing any direction changes or escalations
* Utilize Planview for project management and time entry, ensuring efficient * tracking and management of project timelines and resources
* Log and manage tickets and issues using systems like Jira or DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders

What you need:
* At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management or Business Analyst role within the fintech sector
* Demonstrated experience in systems implementations and integrations

* Proven ability to manage scope, build project plans, and gather necessary client approvals on project details
* Experience managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
* Proficiency in project management tools issue tracking systems
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of leading multiple projects and teams in a dynamic environment
* Willingness to travel for key project milestones such as project kickoffs, training sessions, or test signoffs when necessary
